The objectives of the proposal are:
1.- Generate an urban fractionated small blocks, according to the next neighboring towns.
2.- The position of the blocks allows open visuals avoiding close spaces.
3.- The fragmentation of the ground floor spaces generates different interrelated areas.
4.- Roads connect the different accesses, maintaining a service line through the main entrances.
5.- Five different types. It optimizes the number of dwellings per stair. Most of the houses have south facing and cross ventilation
6.- The position of the garage allows placing trees in the squares.
7.- An exterior treatment and friendly unit with a ventilated façade panels with recycled wood fiber without maintenance.
