Zayer Offices
Vitoria-Gasteiz 1988/1989

This proposal is articulated around two lobbies with overhead lighting, one main entrance foyer that welcomes visitors to the premises. It has high ceilings with skylights and a sharp image, in confiding the spatial quality of the result in white Macael marble and grey Motrico marble.

The volumes of the stairs come about on different planes, with a volumetric spatial value, unifying different elements that make up the premises with the casing. The upper foyer takes on management needs. Here the flow of visitors is less and light is filtered by two glass ceilings in a more enveloping way. Offices are located around it and a lift from the garage allows direct access.
